EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The Project Associate – Service & Support is a junior position in the project management career path and is responsible for performing basic functions in the Project Management Office assisting with varied engagement(s), project(s) and/or program(s).
In that capacity a Project Associated would be expected to
Assist the Project or Program Manager as needed
Assist with project coordination, planning and management as well as early escalations
Capture Project metrics and ensure they are clearly communicated to the Project management team
Participate in documentation management under the direction of the Project or Program lead.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s degree required in Computing Science, Financial, Mathematics, Engineering, Administration or IT areas.
Master’s degree, preferably in commerce, engineering, information technologies or MBA is an asset.
